What products are available wholesale? +
Most of our bakery offerings are available wholesale: breads (sourdough, brioche, baguettes, focaccia), bagels (everything, sesame, plain, seasonal), pastries (rugelach, danishes, scones, cookies), and dinner rolls. Our wholesale list also rotates with seasonal items — we'll send you the current list when you inquire.
Do you have order minimums? +
We have flexible minimums depending on the product and delivery frequency. We'll work with you to find a setup that fits your operation — there's room for both daily resort accounts and once-a-week boutique cafés.
How does delivery work? +
We deliver across St. Thomas on a schedule that matches your service windows. Most accounts have a standing weekly schedule; for higher-volume partners we can run more frequent deliveries.
What's the lead time for first orders? +
After our initial conversation, we typically need 1–2 weeks to set up a new account — that includes finalizing your product list, agreeing on schedule, and getting our bake plan dialed in. For one-time large orders we may be able to move faster, just ask.
How does pricing work? +
We use tiered volume pricing — the more you order and the more frequent your standing schedule, the better the per-unit rate. We send our full wholesale price list to qualified inquiries so you can see exact numbers for your operation.
Can we customize products for our brand? +
Often, yes. For larger accounts we can develop custom recipes, branded packaging, or specialty items that fit your menu. These conversations usually start with our standard line and grow from there.
