Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked the same day it goes out the door. Quantities are limited — pre-orders are encouraged.

Our signature naturally-leavened loaf — slow-fermented for depth and crust.
Wednesday
French
Classic French loaves — thin, crackling crusts over tender open crumb.
Thursday
Fun & Traditional
Babka, focaccia, milk bread, and the occasional curveball — stay tuned weekly for the specials.

Challah & Bagels
Hand-braided challah, glossy and golden. NY-style bagels, boiled and baked.
