How far in advance should I book? +
For most events we recommend 4β6 weeks of lead time. Larger gatherings and corporate events are better with 2β3 months notice. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible β just call us directly to check availability.
Do you require a deposit? +
Yes β we require a 50% deposit at booking to confirm your event, with the balance due the day of. This helps us secure ingredients and reserve your date on our calendar.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? +
Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, kosher-style β let us know and we'll build the menu around it. Lainie's pastry training and Adam's wellness/sustainability concentration mean we're fluent in these conversations.
Where do you deliver? +
We deliver across St. Thomas. Delivery fees vary by location and order size β we'll confirm during the inquiry process.
Can we customize the menu? +
Yes β every menu we build is custom. We don't have set "packages" you have to pick from. Tell us your vision, dietary needs, and budget, and we'll draft a menu specifically for your event.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +
Life happens β reach out as soon as you know. Reschedules within 14 days of the event keep your deposit applied to the new date. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit a portion of the deposit depending on what's already been ordered or prepped.
